Shipping

Our policy is to ship on the next business day after we receive your order. However, we endeavour to ship on the same day whenever possible.

We use insured colissimo 2 -day guaranteed service for France, Colissimo interntional insured (2-4days) service outside France and provide tracking numbers.

Here are our standard shipping rates. We will custom quote any other shipment service or destination you may request.

Returns

We do our best to describe our products on our web site. We are happy to call you if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

• You may return stocked products within 14 days of receiveing for a full refiund (excludings shipping costs. You must contact us before returning the product, at returns@i-Sails.com.
  
  
• You may return special order products within 14 days of receiveing for a refiund minus a 30% re-stocking fee and excludings shipping costs. You must contact us before returning the product, at returns@i-Sails.com.

The returned product must be complete, and brand new. We can not accept for returns any sails that have been used at all, even gently.

For your protection, refunds will be made exclusively against the payment means you used for the initial purchase.
